If we say that the Central Powers won WW1, then I believe that the Ottoman Empire’s duration has extended but still would fall. The Ottoman Empire was already in decline before WW1 began, it lost wars against the Balkans which in turn made it lose a lot of land. The Ottoman Empire would’ve fallen regardless. If the Ottomans never entered the war, then the Allies would have less incentive to occupy its lands and less power to impose this treaty.
